Do you service areas outside Houston?
We’re in Spring, TX, serving Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Cypress, Pearland, Conroe, and all of Greater Houston. We also ship completed orders anywhere in Texas and the US.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) and high-res raster files (PNG, JPEG at 300 dpi+). Have a low-resolution image? Our team can redraw your logo — just ask us.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum! We welcome orders of all sizes — from a single custom embroidered item to bulk corporate orders of hundreds of pieces. All clients are equally welcome.
Can I see a sample before my full order?
Yes. For larger orders we recommend a physical stitch sample prior to full production so you can review colour accuracy and stitch quality on the actual garment before we proceed.
What is digitising and how much does it cost?
Digitising converts your artwork into a stitch file our machines use. It’s a one-time $50 fee that we store and reuse for all your future orders — you never pay it again for the same design.
